Unit 7: Building Your Business Case
What is a Lean Canvas?
A **Lean Canvas** is a one-page business plan that helps you quickly map out your business idea. Unlike a traditional business plan, it’s designed to be fast, portable, and focused on what really matters.
A great Lean Canvas focuses on three key principles:
- **Speed:** It forces you to get your ideas down on a single page.
- **Clarity:** It breaks down complex concepts into simple, understandable blocks.
- **Action:** It’s a living document that you’ll update as you learn and grow.
In this lesson, you’ll fill out key sections of your own Lean Canvas to start defining your business.
